Are You Looking For An Excellent And Safe Way To Shape Your Breasts?
You can get the desired shape of your breasts in a safe, natural-looking, and effective way.

Breasts have always been an expression of human beauty and sexuality since times immemorial. However, the breasts change their perkiness, shape, and size with the passage of time, childbirth, and breastfeeding. Plastic surgeries like breast augmentation, breast reduction, gynecomastia correction, and breast lift are performed to reshape the breast in a great way. These surgeries can restore, enhance, or reduce the shape and size of the breast to achieve the shapely curves of your body silhouette that you had always dreamed of.

WE ARE THE BEST AT WHAT WE DO

Breast Shaping Surgery, Breast Reconstruction & Fat Grafts.

Breast Augmentation.

Breast Augmentation is a great plastic surgery for increasing your breast size. Usually, a Breast Implant is inserted under your breast tissues through a small cut in your chest. Breast tissue and/or underlying muscles are shaped and draped over the implant to make it look and feel totally natural. Breast implants may be of silicone or saline. For small-sized breasts, Fat Grafting may be done. Fat is obtained by liposuction from the abdomen, processed, and immediately inserted through special cannulas to increase the breast size.

Breast Lift.

Breast lift or Mastopexy is an excellent tool for correcting sagging breasts. Dr. Srinjoy Saha uses advanced surgical techniques to deliver great aesthetic results. This refined plastic surgery lifts sagging breasts to a higher position on the chest, reduces the size of the areola, corrects nipple position from a downward pointing look, and removes excess skin. Overall, the breast is shaped and draped to create a more youthful look and contour, matched and balanced with the chest wall and rest of the body.

Breast Reduction.

Breast reduction (Reduction mammoplasty) is a great way to help women suffering from pain and discomfort due to heavy oversized breasts through plastic surgery. Large breasts cause problems to spine and skin, and affect their confidence and self-esteem. This is an embarrassing problem with social stigma attached, and painful both physically and emotionally. Dr. Srinjoy Saha can perform breast reduction through many different approaches, depending upon the anatomy and size of breasts during presentation. It allows you to get that one best method most suited for your problem.

Silicone Breast Implants.

Silicone gel implants have a soft natural look and feel to the breasts. Third generation gummy-bear implants are currently in use. They have been declared safe by USFDA after numerous trials. They enhance smaller size of breasts, corrects asymmetry between two sides and corrects structure of deflated breasts following child-birth and breast feeding. They may be placed under the breast (sub-gladular), under chest muscle (sub-pectoral) or under both in 'dual plane' approach. Saline implants are rarely used nowadays because of their resulting boxy appearance.

Fat Grafting to the Breast.

Fat grafting involves removal of fat from an area of body (like thigh or abdomen) by micro-liposuction methods, processing it and transplanting it to the breasts. About half of the fat absorbs, but what remains is permanent. Transplanted fat is best for augmenting small volumes following breast lump removal surgery. Being part of your own body, there is no risk of allergic reaction like in fillers. Fat absorption rates are high in breasts, its longevity is not totally predictable and may not take as much as you may desire.

Breast Reconstruction.

Breast reconstruction surgery creates natural look and appearance of breast for patients with mutilating breast cancer. Breast implant or fatty tissues from different areas of body are utilised to build up a new breast after their removal for breast cancer. Dr. Srinjoy Saha may perform breast reconstruction immediately after breast cancer removal. He may also perform it after completion of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. It has a dramatic impact on breast cancer survivor's confidence, well-being and quality of life.

Nipple Correction.

Nipples are the cornerstone of breast aesthetics. Sometimes, nipples may be drawn inward as Inverted Nipples instead of projecting outward. Mostly it results from ducts tethering and shortening, and tight underlying tissues. Sudden inversion can also occur after breast cancer or other breast diseases. Inverted nipple correction is performed through a short simple surgery utilising two tiny incisions and usually under local anaesthesia. Nipples project out and look natural, balanced and symmetrical.

Benign Breast Cysts.

Fibroadenomas are solid small lumps found inside breast tissues. They consist of breast gland and connective tissues. Most fibroadenomas are not dangerous and are not painful or tender. Occur usually in young women in their 20's and 30's. Proper diagnosis is essential to rule out cancer. Some of them shrink in size with age. Cryo-ablation may be done. Surgical removal and excisional biopsy is a safe treatment option. Cuts are made in hidden areas to hide them as much as possible.

more

Breast Asymmetry.

Asymmetry of the breasts is caused when the breasts differ in shape, size, volume, and position. This condition is common and usually affects half the women worldwide. Hormonal changes, pubertal growth, injuries, burns, and changes during ovulation are some of the reasons why breast asymmetry can occur. Rarely, juvenile hypertrophy of the breast can be present, with one breast growing to be larger than the other. It would be a concern if a large asymmetry occurs rapidly, within a few months; or if the breast density and softness changes suddenly, as these changes may indicate cancer.

Tubular Breast Correction.

Tubular breasts also called tuberous breasts and breast hypoplasia, occur after a faulty development of breast tissues during puberty. In this anomaly, the breast shape may be oval or pointed instead of being round, while the area around the nipples appears constricted and collapsed. Overall, the breast shape appears droopy due to a deficient development of the breasts since puberty. Plastic surgery corrects this problem in two ways. First, it releases all the constricting breast tissues. Secondly, an implant is placed underneath to remodel the breast mound in a new way and build up sufficient breast volume.

more

Inverted Nipple Correction.

Three types of an inverted nipple may occur, based on its severity. In the first type, the nipple protrudes on stimulation before relapsing to inversion. In the second, the nipple remains inverted always but can be pulled out easily. In the third and most severe type, the nipple remains inverted at all times and does not respond to any stimulation. It results from scarring or constriction inside the nipple areas and definitely needs surgery. Surgery is performed with partial preservation of the milk ducts for women who want to breastfeed later. Otherwise, the milk ducts are preferably detached.

Male Breast Reduction.

Enlarged male breasts, also called gynecomastia, are deeply embarrassing and can lead to social and psychological problems. They can be corrected by different types of surgery, including gland excision, liposuction, and minimally invasive surgery. For large male breasts which mimic a well-developed feminine breast, mastectomy may be performed with large horizontal or anchor-shaped incisions. The nipple-areola complex is preserved as a flap if possible and transferred as a full-thickness graft if not. Surgery results in a dramatic and permanent improvement of the male chest contour.

more

Gummy-Bear Breast Implants.

Gummy-bear silicone breast implants refer to the highly cohesive gel implants, which are form-stable. It means that the thick silicone gel inside the implants is able to hold their shape even after their enclosing shell is broken due to any reason. These implants are considerably safer, softer, and lighter compared to previous generation implants. They are able to hold on to their shape in a much better way, with a softness that feels natural on touch. More importantly, the risk of implant rupture and the dangers associated with silicone leaking into normal tissues are minimized.

more

Breast Auto-Augmentation.

Some women develop sagging breasts with droopy nipples after childbirth and breast-feeding but do not want to reduce breast volume or use silicone breast implants. An auto-augmentation breast lift is a great option under these circumstances. The excess volume of breast tissue is used to reshape and add volume to the breast shape while retaining the breast volume fully. An anchor or T-shaped incision is made in the lower part of the breast to produce subtle and great-looking end results. It's fit for women with ample breast tissues who want a breast enhancement without losing size.
